Services
Ashiatsu Massage
Literally meaning "foot pressure", in this modality I stand on the massage table and apply pressure with my feet, while using a set of overhead bars for balance.
The foot provides a broader, more comfortable pressure. And, because I'm using gravity and the weight of my body, I am able to provide a much deeper massage.
Swedish Massage
If you’re looking for relaxation and relief from tense, tight muscles, Swedish massage is probably right for you!
The goal is to provide a relaxing massage, while working with moderate pressure to relieve tight, sore muscles.
A variety of essential oils are available to be used in your session at no additional cost!
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction.
It may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain.
This service is booked as an add-on to your massage at no additional cost!
One on One, In Person Personal Training
Sessions are held in my private training studio and run 60-75 minutes long. They are completely individualized to your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle growth, or general heath.
All sessions have an emphasis on strength and resistance training.
In person sessions can be used as needed and paired with virtual/ online training if desired.
Virtual Personal Training and Nutrition Counseling
Completely individualized training, programmed by me, using the Everfit app.
Programs are customized based on your goals, amount of time you have available to train, and equipment availability, (weather you have access to a gym or have equipment at home).
With this services you also get monthly nutrition counseling included in the price, so that I can help you reach your goals.
You'll also get daily/weekly check-ins and guided videos to help you perform your exercises correctly.
Nutrition Counseling
90% off all health and fitness goals revolve around diet. Proper diet is a necessary piece to any fitness plan.
I provide one time nutrition counseling sessions, or monthly service to help keep you on track and adjust to changes along the way.
You'll get a custom macro nutrient breakdown and calorie budget based on your goals, along with meal and food ideas, recipes and more!
